I have been hopeless at keeping my website up to date! Here is a brief update on a few of my commissions over the past year – I finished the 2 large windows for my neighbour, with an ‘organic’ kind of design with birds and fruits. I was approached to design a window for a couple who were renovating an old house in Hungerford which at one time had been a pub called ‘The Angel’. They wanted something ‘quirky’, so I made a flying angel, carrying a large glass of red wine, which is now installed in their entrance hall. Two commissions made as surprise presents were a New Zealand kiwi window as a 50th birthday present for a friend’s husband (a NZ exile) and a kingfisher window for another friend’s brother’s silver wedding anniversary. I also recently made a Tudor Rose front door panel for a cottage dating back to the sixteenth century. At the moment, I’m working on a design for a large internal window, based on a couple’s world travels.
